Refund policy

At Blink Sure, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Perishable or hygiene-related items.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Share your order ID, reason for return, and photos of the product.
  • Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).
  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be issued to the source account.
  • COD orders are eligible for refund via bank transfer — please share your bank details when raising a request.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
