- We currently ship across India to all major cities, towns, and pin codes serviceable by our courier partners.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.
- Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount — check our website for current offers.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email.
- You can use this to track your order on the courier partner's website.
6. Prepaid vs COD Orders
- Prepaid orders are given priority dispatch.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are available on select products and locations.
7. Failed Delivery
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery.
- After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged in Transit
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
